Technology Brief

The Kaleidoscope Group is a diversity and inclusion consultancy who works with Fortune 1000, government, non-profit, and higher educational institution clients in the US, Europe and Asia. With an approximate staff of 50 employees and contractors, Kaleidoscope utilizes Windows and Mac computers as well as cloud-based solutions to deliver services to their customers. Since serving as Kaleidoscope Group’s IT administrator, Heliox Group has:

• Migrated email from a on-premise Microsoft Exchange email server to Google’s G Suite platform
• Maintained all cloud-based platforms including Office 365
• Spearheaded the move of their technology infrastructure from their River North office
• Coordinated and implemented the upgrade of their core infrastructure including the core server, Cisco Meraki switches, access points and security appliance
• Installed and maintain their 8×8 cloud-based VOIP phone system
• Provided remote monitoring and management services to ensure that all systems have the appropriate security patches and updates
